About UnbanMyAccount: who we are and how we work.

Who is behind the service

UnbanMyAccount has been operating since 2021. We help people whose Instagram, TikTok or Facebook accounts have been disabled, suspended or banned: we review the notice, prepare the evidence, file the appeal and follow the case until there is a decision. We work with clients in any country, in English and Spanish.

We are independent. We have no relationship with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other platform, and the platform names on this site are used only to describe the accounts we help with.

How we work

• We never ask for your password or any login code, and we do not need access to your account.
• We quote before you pay. The price is fixed after we review your case, and the refund conditions are in writing on the pricing page and in the terms.
• We say no when we should. We decline cases that we do not think can succeed, cases linked to cybercrime and accounts that are not yours.
• We do not promise results. Only the platform decides.

How we write our guides

The free guides on this site are written by our editorial team from the platforms' public Help Centers, Community Standards and our own casework. Each guide shows the date of its last review and links to the official sources. When a platform changes how an appeal works, we update the guide.

What data we collect

Only what a case needs: your username, platform, follower count, the ban notice, the date and any evidence the platform asks for. We do not sell or share this information except where it is needed to file the appeal. We delete it on request after the case is closed. Details are in section 8 of the terms.
