24-Hour Restoration Insurance
Every recovery comes with a 24-hour insurance window. If your account gets disabled again within that timeframe, we re-appeal and restore it at no extra cost. After 24 hours, the account is your responsibility.

If for any reason the account cannot be recovered after the appeal process, we issue a full refund. The only exceptions: successful recoveries (no refund) and cases where the buyer pulls out after the case is submitted to our internal reps.
