Escalation through Meta partners
When the case allows it, we escalate through Meta partners with an assigned account manager, who have support channels specific to partners. Partner route: Meta platforms only (Instagram, Facebook, Business Manager).
Partner support channels are an official Meta program for agencies and partners; they do not guarantee a different outcome, and the decision remains the platform's. We tell you before you pay which route applies to your case.
